For Senior PMs

Your Tuesday morning discovery call, still queryable in September.

In your existing workflow. Still queryable months after the call.

The workflow you already have.

Tuesday 9:00am

You run the call in Zoom / Meet.

Tuesday 9:47am

You drop the recording into RICS. Brief renders in 90 seconds.

Tuesday 9:52am

You share the URL in your team Slack.

Nothing else changes.

01 / the brief

Four columns, not one transcript.

A transcript gives you back the words. The write-up you never get round to is the part that turns words into a decision. RICS runs a tagging pass across four dimensions so that work is already done when you open the brief.

Says · diarised

The quote, attributed to the speaker, timestamped.

Thinks · extracted

The position behind the quote. This is the column that costs you a re-listen.

Does · observed

What they actually demonstrated during the call, not what they described.

Feels · flagged

Where the temperature moved, so you know which parts to trust least.

Splitting Says from Thinks is the whole point. Willingness to pay almost never lands in Says — someone tells you the sticker price is a hard no, and the real constraint is the effective rate, or the procurement threshold, or who has to sign. Keeping those in separate columns is what stops a roadmap from being built on the quote instead of the position.

02 / the corpus

And in September, you ask it a question.

Every brief you have ever filed stays in one corpus. Six months after the Tuesday call, the specified behaviour is that you ask in plain language — what did segment leads say about price? — and get a synthesis back with every brief it drew on, each bullet linked to the timestamp it came from.

  • Natural-language queries against the entire brief corpus.
  • Cross-brief synthesis when a query matches more than one brief.
  • Faceted filters: date range, participant, segment, risk tag, empathy dimension.

RICS is pre-launch and ships to design partners in Q1 2027. Nothing above has shipped yet — it is the spec the corpus is being built against, and design partners get to argue with it.
